Christine Danielsson and freshman
Jackie Lucena each finished with a final-round 73 to pace the UC Davis women's golf team, which wrapped up the fall portion of their schedule on Sunday afternoon at the Stanford Intercollegiate hosted by Condoleezza Rice at the Stanford Golf Course.
Day one leader Arizona State rallied to win the tournament with a 5-under 279 on Sunday, sprinting past host Stanford for the team title at 10-under for the weekend. The Cardinal's Angelina Ye shot a final-round 66 on her home course to finish 5-under for the day and 10-under for the tournament to claim individual medalist honors by three strokes.
Danielsson improved her standing by four spots on the final leader board with her 73, opening the day with a bogey on 15 but catching fire on the front nine, finishing at 2-under there thanks to three birdies before ending the day at 2-over par. She ended the tournament with a 9-over 222 and in a tie for 50th.
Lucena, meanwhile, shot her second-straight round of 73 to improve her standing by 11 spots and end the tournament in a tie for 58th with an 11-over 224. Lucena's steady round saw her open on 16 and finish 1-over on both the front and back nines, including a birdie on 14.

Madison Wood and senior
Yoonhee Kim each shot final-round 76's to finish in a tie for 65th and 76th, respectively, while senior
Rei Nakatani ended the tournament in a tie for 88th.
UC Davis is now off until the beginning of February when the Aggies compete at the Battle at the Rock hosted by UC Riverside on Feb. 10-11.
