DAVIS, Calif. — The UC Davis women's golf team announced its 2026-27 schedule on Friday one month before its season opening event Sept. 14-15 at the Leadership And Golf Invitational hosted by Seattle and Washington at Chambers Bay Golf Course in University Place, Wash. The course was the site of the 2015 men's U.S. Open. The 9th annual Causeway Invitational will take place Feb. 22-23 at Del Paso Country Club in Sacramento and is the only tournament hosted by UC Davis (along with Sacramento State) during the 2026-27 season.
The Aggies will play a total of 10 events in 2026-27 including four in the fall of 2026 with the opener followed by the Colonel Wallenberg Ram Classic (Sept. 21-22), the Marilyn Smith Sunflower Invitational (Oct. 5-6) and the Stanford Intercollegiate (Oct. 16-18). Colorado State, Kansas and Stanford will serve as the respective hosts of the Aggies' final three fall tournaments in Fort Collins, Colo. (Ptarmigan Country Club), Lawrence, Kan. (Lawrence Golf Club) and Stanford, Calif. (Stanford Golf Course).
UC Davis will then be out of action for nearly four months before resuming their season in the spring 2017 opener Feb. 13-15 at the Alice and John Wallace Classic hosted by Long Beach State at the Monterey County Club in Palm Desert, Calif.
Five of the Aggies' six events in the spring of 2027 will be played in California.
After the Causeway Invitational, the Aggies travel to San Francisco Mar. 9-10 for the Juli Inkster Invitational hosted by San Francisco and San Jose State at TPC Harding Park.
UC Davis' lone event outside of the Golden State in the spring is the Dr. Donnis Thompson Invitational hosted by Hawai'i Mar. 22-24 at the Royal Kā'anapali Course in Maui.
UC Davis returns to California to finish the regular season Apr. 5-7 at the Chevron Silverado Showdown hosted by Colorado at the Silverado Resort and Spa North Course in Napa.
All 10 conference teams will play Apr. 20-22 in the Mountain West Championships at Mission Hills Country Club in Rancho Mirage.
The NCAA Regionals take place May 10-12 at six locations around the country with the top five teams from each Regional and the first six individuals not on those teams advancing to the NCAA Championships May 21-26 at the Omni La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad.
