After facing Pacific (11/15) for the first time since the 2012-13 season, the Aggies will head to Utah Valley (11/18) before seeking their second-straight victory vs. the Hornets on the Golden 1 Center's floor.
Last season, UC Davis and Sacramento State competed in the arena's first-ever college basketball game - one the Aggies dominated from start to finish and ended with a nine-point victory.
After starting the season with four games in an eight-day timespan, UC Davis will enjoy a brief respite before heading to Seattle for the program's inaugural head-to-head game against Washington (11/26).
The first of two home-at-home non-conference series taking place this season will conclude when Northern Colorado (11/29) visits the Pavilion for the Aggies' 2017-18 home opener.
Following another Pac-12 road matchup at Washington State (12/2), UC Davis will host Pacific (12/6) and William Jessup (12/9) before the start of Finals Week. Once the Aggies take care of business in the classroom, the Las Vegas Classic will take place before everyone heads home for the holidays.
Each participating team will play four games in the Classic: The first two will take place at on-campus sites - UC Davis will travel to San Francisco (12/15) and Nevada (12/19), another team that competed in last year's NCAA playoffs - before action shifts to the Orleans Arena. During their brief stay in Las Vegas, the Aggies will face Lamar (12/22) and either Radford or North Carolina A&T (12/23).
After its holiday break, this program on the rise will return to the Pavilion to host Holy Names (12/30) before opening its conference schedule on Bob Hamilton Court against UC Irvine (1/4) - the team the Aggies defeated in the Big West Tournament's title game last March to punch its first-ever ticket to the Big Dance.
League play will continue with three of the following four matchups taking place on the road, starting with games at UC Riverside (1/11) and Cal State Fullerton (1/13). After hosting Long Beach State (1/17), the team will head to Hawai'i (1/20) prior to opening a home-heavy portion of its Big West schedule.
Sandwiched between home games against Cal Poly (1/25), CSUN (1/27), UC Santa Barbara (2/8) and Cal State Fullerton (2/10) are road matchups at CSUN (2/1) and Long Beach State (2/3).
Following its Central California road swing at Cal Poly (2/15) and UC Santa Barbara (2/17) are the final home games of the season. After facing UC Riverside (2/24), the program will honor its seniors in a pregame ceremony before squaring off against Hawai'i (3/1).
A quick trip to UC Irvine (3/3) will take place for UC Davis' regular season finale before action begins inside the Honda Center, site of this year's Big West Tournament, the following week.
At the time of this release, tip times have not been determined for all of UC Davis' league games since Big West Conference officials have not finalized their schedule of televised contests on ESPN and Fox Sports. In addition to hosting ESPN and its family of networks each of the last five seasons, the Aggies have also appeared in numerous national broadcasts each season on both networks.
In addition to its Dec. 6 non-conference home doubleheader with the women's team, the defending league champions have another three scheduled throughout league play: Jan. 27, Feb. 10 and Feb. 24.
