KAPALUA, Hawaii - UC Davis senior Paige Lee and sophomore Samantha Hutchison remained in a tie for ninth place on the individual leaderboard after the second round at Hawaii's Anuenue Spring Break Classic women's golf tournament Tuesday. Meanwhile, the Aggies moved up two places into seventh place in the team standings of the 15-team event.

Lee and Hutchison each shot identical 1-over-par 73s for the second consecutive day. Lee fired birdies on the 15th, 17th and 18th holes on the back nine, then added a fourth on the 340-yard second. Hutchison opened her Tuesday action with a birdie-3 on the ninth hole, then later carded a birdie-4 on the 472-yard first hole. Both players enter Wednesday's final round with 2-over-par 146 totals. The UC Davis freshman trio of Yoonhee Kim, Rei Nakatani and Christine Danielsson take part in a five-player tie for 69th place in the individual race. Danielsson improved from a tough Monday round to fire a 4-over 76 in the second round. Kim shot an 80 and Nakatani finished with an 83 in Tuesday's second round. The five of Golfstat's Top 50 teams occupy the top five spots in the team standings. No. 7 UCLA leads the pack at 4-under-par 572, eight strokes ahead of fourth-ranked Arizona State. No. 42 San Jose State, No. 33 Colorado and No. 1 Stanford hold the third through fifth places, respectively. Lilia Vu maintained her commanding lead toward the individual medalist standings. Her 66 on Tuesday puts her at 11-under 133, nine strokes in front of San Jose State's My Leander and Arizona State's Linnea Strom and Olivia Mehaffey.
