HIGHLAND PARK, Ill. - Samantha Hutchison carded four birdies throughout the final 18 holes at the Windy City Collegiate Classic, hosted by Northwestern at the Northmoor Country Club, to help UC Davis finish 14th overall in a stacked field, featuring eight nationally ranked programs.

Hutchison opened her day with a birdie, then recorded another on the No. 6 to enter the turn at 1-over. Consistency was the key to her back nine since recorded par on six holes, and birdied another to finish her weekend at plus-1 for the day.

Rei Nakatani and Madison Wood finished at plus-8 and plus-9; the latter walked off the course by also recording a birdie on her final hole of the tournament. Christine Danielsson and Yoonhee Kim rounded out the Aggies' lineup at plus-10 and plus-11 respectively.

By shooting a collective 1-over as a team, combined with Oklahoma's dramatic fall from the top spot - it entered Tuesday with an eight-shot lead - due to the Sooner's plus-12 team round, Arizona State collected won the team championship.

Maddie McCrary, Oklahoma's lone bright spot on the day, won an individual championship by shooting 2-under on Tuesday, and finishing at 6-under overall.

UC Davis' final two fall tournaments will take place at Washington and at Stanford during the next two weeks.
