FRESNO, Calif. - UC Davis continued competition at the Allington Memorial Senior Meet as members of the Aggie women's swim team completed the second day of action at the Clovis North Aquatic Complex in Fresno.

Buffy Ajimura finished third overall in the 100 freestyle with a time of 52.86 to start UC Davis off. Devon Demont was 14th in a time of 54.25 while Emily Rodgers finished 24th, clocking in at 54.84.

Karley Troup led the Aggies in the 200 butterfly, finishing second in a time of 2:04.48, and was UC Davis' top finisher in the 500 freestyle, placing fifth overall in a time of 5:07.80. Madeline Talt came in seventh in a time of 5:08.18 and was followed by Maya Sprinsock in eighth with a time of 5:11.42.

Jessica Nicholson was 13th overall in the 200 butterfly and 16th in the 500 freestyle.

Competition continues Saturday with the 200 freestyle, 200 breaststroke, 50 freestyle, 400 individual medley and 800 freestyle relay.
