Since 2007, Prima has been integral to the NCVA High Performance Program, coaching top A1 athletes and leading the Boys International High-Performance Team to multiple medals at the USA Volleyball High Performance Championships. In 2016 she led her team to a Gold Medal in the Junior International Boys Division. During her time at Menlo College, Prima served as the First Assistant for the Women's and Men’s Volleyball Program.
Prima founded Core in 2006, providing a competitive and supportive environment for athletes, and helping many achieve their dreams of playing at the next level. Core has a remarkable track record of helping athletes play at the next level. As the Program Director for both Boys and Girls volleyball programs, Prima led the Granite Bay Girls Team to a Division 2 Section Title in 2023, and the boys side to two section semi final appearances. Prima was named Sierra Foothill League Coach of the Year in 2024. Continuing her winning tradition, this past summer Prima led her Core 18 Elite boys team to a USAV National Championship Gold Medal in 18 Open.
