A three-year player under Dan Conners during her collegiate career, Radakovic started at middle blocker for the Aggies in 29 out of 30 contests during the 2022 season, finishing fourth on the team with 183 kills and a hitting percentage of .320.
In addition to her offensive prowess, Radakovic also proved to be a defensive force for her team, racking up 178 total blocks across her career.
Following graduation, Radakovic continued her playing career for Washington State as a graduate transfer. In her lone season for the Cougars, she hit a career-best .336 and a .49 digs per set, helping her team reach the NCAA Sweet 16.
After earning a Master’s in Strategic Communications, Radakovic took her talent overseas, playing for Club Voleibol Haris in Spain. While playing for the club in 2024, she helped lead the team to a fifth-place finish in the Spanish Cup and a 13th-place finish in the CEV Cup, the second-highest volleyball classification in Europe.
In her first year as a coach, Radakovic's primary responsibilities included filming practices and helping to coach middle blockers, her primary position as a player. Under her coaching, the Aggies took a huge step up defensively in 2025, having the first pair of players record 100 blocks since 2014 with Allie Caldwell and Ally Chandler. Chandler also took home an All-Big West Second Team nod for the second straight year in 2025.
"I’m beyond excited to be back in Davis, a place that feels like home and shaped so much of who I am,” said Radakovic. “UC Davis Volleyball gave me incredible opportunities, both on and off the court, and I’m honored to now give back to the program. I’m looking forward to an exciting season ahead, working with such a talented group of athletes, and bringing a competitive edge to everything we do.”
