DEL ORO HS ’19: Helped team to 13-2 and CIF Division 2-AA title game appearance as a senior... Played for head coach Jeff Walters... Two-time All-Sierra Foothill League honoree plus Sacramento Bee All-Metro pick in 2018... Converted 10 of 12 field goal attempts during his final two years, including career-long 52-yard game-winner to beat Lincoln HS as a junior... Put his abilities to good deads: kicked for Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation For Childhood Cancer, allowing people to pledge donations for every point he scored... The “Kick-It with Ryan Whalley” effort raised more than $2,100 on an initial $500 goal.

PERSONAL: Born in Auburn, Calif.... Has yet to declare a major... Parents are Erik & Michelle Whalley... Older sister, Alyssa, attends Causeway Classic rival Sacramento State... Proudest personal accomplishment was kicking to raise thousands of dollars for pediatric cancer research (see above)... Three items on his bucket list: to break UC Davis’ field goal records (but more importantly, do what he can to help the Aggies win a national championship), make enough money to transform 100 acres into an adult playground, and make it to the NFL.
