GROSSMONT HS '13: Posted 87 tackles, including 57 solo, as a senior strong safety... Had 11 solos and a season-high 14 stops overall in the Foothillers 55-34 win over Rancho Buena Vista HS... Picked up a dozen tackles against both Helix HS and Eastlake HS... Finished with 3 interceptions, including a pair against Bonita HS... Named All-Grossmonth Hills League second team... Was a first-team all-league pick and the team MVP after leading East County with 59 receptions (for 856 yards) during his senior season... Also had a team-best 127 tackles, two interceptions, forced three fumbles and had 12 touchdowns... Also played basketball, earning a pair of mentions on the San Diego Union-Tribune All-Academic team in 2011 and 2012... Awards President Scholar Award a senior.

PERSONAL: Born in Santa Clara, Calif... Is majoring in environmental policy & analysis... Parents are Duane and Virginia Green... His sister, Megan, played softball at Humboldt State... Came in second place in "America's Funniest Kid" competition when he was eight years old... Always takes a nap before games as a superstition... Favorite actor is Denzel Washington... Wishes he could've witnessed Martin Luther King, Jr.'s "I Have A Dream" speech.
