RANCHO CHRISTIAN HS '15: Threw for 1,653 yards and 20 TDs during his senior season... Also rushed for 659 yards (7.2 avg.) and 12 more TDs... Had a long run of 55 yards... Defensively, finished with 46 tackles (21 solo) in 11 games... Included was a seven-yard sack... Picked off two passes, returning them a total of 67 yards... Also recovered a fumble... Helped lead his prep team to a 7-4 record and section playoff berth... Threw for 926 yards and 14 TDs during his junior season while rushing for 229 yards.

PERSONAL: Born in Newport Beach, Calif... Has not declared a major... Parents are Reed and Rachel Diehl... Career sports highlight was helping lead Rancho Christian HS to its first-ever playoff berth... Enjoys drawing and looking at art... Would like to play baseball for the Aggies if not for football.
