SAINT MARY'S COLLEGE HS '14: Had 64 catches for 1,367 yards and 16 TD's during senior season... Was named all-league, all-area, all-metro and all-state as a senior... Posted monster receiving games of 10 catches, 257 yards and four touchdowns against Pinole Valley, and 14 grabs for 250 yards and two scores versus Fortuna... Had 17 receptions for 330 yards and five touchdowns as a junior, picking up all-league honorable mention accolades... Also played soccer, tallying five goals as a defender and earning all-league second-team honors.

PERSONAL: Born in Berkeley, Calif.... Parents are Stephen and Elise Godfrey... Career highlight was helping his team win a section title for the first time in school history... Title of his autobiography would be "An Expected Journey"... Laces his shoes backwards as a superstition... Says he can sing all the songs in the "Sound of Music".
