2025 (Graduate): Played in and started all 13 games at safety ... Totaled 71 tackles, 53 solo, three tackles for loss, one interception, four defended passes, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery ... Ranked second on the team in total tackles and 21st in the Big Sky Conference ... Was a force at Cal Poly (Oct. 4), posting 11 tackles (five solo) ... Had seven solo tackles while forcing and recovering a fumble against Northern Arizona (Oct. 11) ... Made seven tackles at Northern Colorado (Oct. 25) ... Broke up a pass and made seven solo tackles (eight total) in Causeway Classic victory over Sacramento State (Nov. 22).

2024 (Senior): Played in nine games, making two starts ... Totaled 11 tackles, with seven solo, adding two pass break ups ... Finished with four total tackles against East Texas A&M (Sept. 7) ... Had three tackles, all solo, at Southern Utah (Sept. 14).

2023 (Junior): Played in 10 games…Had two tackles, both of which were assisted…Recorded a season high with one assisted tackle on two occasions (vs. Texas A&M Commerce (8-31) and vs. Northern Arizona (10-28)).

2022 (Sophomore): Played in 10 games… Totaled eight tackles with seven solo stops… Credited with three pass breakups.

2021 FALL (Freshman): Appeared in two games… Recorded two solo tackles… Posted a solo tackle against Dixie State (9/18) and Northern Colorado (10/16).

MENLO ATHERTON ’21: First-team all-league free safety for Peninsula-Bay League-champion in 2019... Attended Independence High School in San Jose as a freshman and sophomore... Played for head coach Steve Papin at IHS in 2018 then at M-A in 2019... Would have competed for Chris Saunders in 2020 until season was suspended due to COVID... Posted 4 INTs in junior season at M-A, 17 tackles and 2 INTs as a senior at IHS... Member of a group called Ujima while at Independence, a club that reinforces cultural strengths and values focused on the African youth...

PERSONAL: Born in San Jose... Says he is “very interested in cultural strengths from places all over the world”... Also enjoys watching documentaries of sporting events from before his time, and collecting/reselling shoes.
