2021 SPRING: On roster, did not play.

2019: Entered 11 games as a reserve... Finished with 3 tackles (2 solos, 1 assist), including 1-1-2 chart in front of hometown at San Diego (9/7)... Stopped Lehigh’s Jorge Portorreal for a 1-yard loss for his first collegiate TFL (9/14).

2018: Competed in four games… Recorded his first tackle as an Aggie vs. San Diego (9/8)… Posted one tackle, and his first career pass breakup, vs. Idaho (9/22).

2017: Redshirted.

HELIX CHARTER HS '17: Four-year letterwinner in both football and track & field... Finished with six interceptions and 23 tackles as a senior, earning first-team spots on All-EastCountySports.com and All-Grossmont League squads in the process... Earned team's "Scottie" Award in 2016... Played for head coaches Robbie Owens (2016) and Troy Starr (2014-15)... Set a school record with his 100-yard pick six... Led Helix to three league championships and two San Diego Section runner-up finishes during his career... Competed as a sprinter/jumper during spring season; won a Grossmont League frosh-soph 100-meter dash title in 2014... Four-year All-Academic athlete, and held at least a 3.5 GPA every term.

PERSONAL: Born in San Diego, Calif.... Parents are Edmond & Susan Perkins... Edmond is a pastor, Evan sings in her church's choir.
