Former Aggie Alex Agnew joined the UC Davis football staff as the Assistant Director of Football Operations in August 2025.
Agnew joined the staff after completing a decorated career with UC Davis lacrosse. The Davis, California native spent six seasons from 2020-25 in the blue and gold, earning two All-Conference honors in both the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation and the Big 12 and she wrapped up her time as an Aggie finishing with a program record 125 career assists. Agnew also collected 123 career goals and her 248 career points places her second all-time in program history.
Agnew graduated from UC Davis with a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science and a minor in Psychology in 2024. And in 2025 Agnew got her Masters in Management from UC Davis.
