2020: Team opted out of competition for the 2020-21 school year due to COVID-19, student-athletes will not lose a year of eligibility and maintain their athletic standing for the 2021-22 academic year.
2019: Started 23 of the team’s 24 matches in net… Finished with a 9.94 goals against average and 237 saves in just over 714 minutes in the cage to go along with 10.30 saves per game and a .516 save percentage… Ranked second among regulars in the WWPA in goals against, tied for third in saves, and third in saves per game… In WWPA games only, he led the league with a 7.23 goals against average and a .612 save percentage, while ranking third with 74 saves and 10.57 saves per game… Finished with double-digit saves in all but eight of his appearances, including a career-high 16 stops in the WWPA regular season opener against California Baptist (9/20)… Added 14 saves in the WWPA Tournament championship match against UC San Diego (11/24) en route to tournament MVP honors… His 41 steals led the team… Stopped seven shots against No. 4-ranked Pepperdine (12/5) in the NCAA Tournament quarterfinals… Added five steals to go along with three assists against the Tritons (9/29).
2018: Appeared in 20 matches for the Aggies, making four starts in net… Finished with 89 saves against 266 shots, averaging 9.1 saves per game and posting a .486 save percentage… Allowed 94 goals on the year for a 9.6 goals against average… Stopped a season-high nine shots on Sept. 6 at home in a narrow 13-10 defeat to California… Added seven more saves in a 19-10 win over Chapman on Sept. 15.
2017: Started 8 of 20 total games played for 382 minutes... Tallied 108 saves with just 84 goals against for a .563 average... Also had 13 steals and 7 assists... Posted season-high 13 saves at UC San Diego during Triton Invite finale (9/3)... Posted 12 stops with just 7 goals allowed two weeks later in 7-5 win over Pepperdine (9/17).
HANFORD HS ’17: Four-year letterwinner, competing in water polo, swimming and basketball... Three-time All-West Yosemite League performer, including WYL Most Valuable Player as a senior... Posted saves totals of 320, 342 and school-record 403 from sophomore through senior years, respectively... Added two Fresno Bee All-Valley selections plus a Defensive Player of the Year nod in 2016... Helped propel Huskies to 25-5 record and both WYL and Central Section championships... Also an all-league and all-section performer in 200 and 400 free relays, contributing to school records in each event... Played club ball for CCAL and Royal 559, earning USAWP All-Academic and participating in ODP program for four years... Ranked fifth in class with 4.2 grade-point average... National Honor Society and CSF lifetime member.
PERSONAL: Born in Hanford, Calif.... Majoring in biological sciences... Parents are Tom & Katy Addington... Has one younger brother, Luke (14)... Career highlight was posting 23 saves in CIF-CS championship game as a senior... Among his bucket list items is to attend an English Premier League match.
