2018: ALL-BIG SKY HONORABLE MENTION selection… PHIL STEELE PRESEASON ALL-BIG SKY CONFERENCE selection… Ranked No. 8 in combined kick returns (810), No. 42 in kickoff returns (23.1 yards per return) and No. 123 in all purpose yards per game (88.38) among all FCS players… Holds the program’s Division I-era record for career kick return yards (1,344) and kick returns (54)… Set the single-season record (Division I era) for kick return yards (810) and kick returns (35)… Set new single-game records (Division I era) in kick returns (7) and kick return yards (188) when UC Davis visited Eastern Washington (11/10) in its regular season matchup… Ended the 2018 season with the following Big Sky ranking: No. 2 in kick return average (23.1 yards per return)… Set a new career high by finishing with 227 all-purpose yards, the third-highest total in the program’s D-I era, at Eastern Washington (11/10)… His 188 kick return yards and seven returns, which also took place in the same game against the Eagles, are career highs and program records… Ran for two touchdowns (vs. Northern Arizona, 11/3; vs. Sacramento State, 11/17) and caught another (vs. San Diego, 9/8)… Posted 100 or more kick return yards when he finished with 125 against Idaho State (10/13) and 188 at Eastern Washington… Ended with 100 or more all-purpose yards against San Diego (115 yards, 9/8), Northern Arizona (126, 11/3), Idaho State (133, 10/13) and at Eastern Washington (227, 11/10).
2017: HERO SPORTS DEFENSE/SPECIAL TEAMS PLAYER OF THE WEEK (OCT. 24)... Competed in all 11 games as a junior transfer... Finished with 79 carries for 329 yards and 15 receptions for 141 yards... Ranked second on the team in all-purpose yardage (1,004 yds.)... Personal highlight of the season took place at Northern Arizona (10/21) when he scored a touchdown on a 100-yard kickoff return... That run marked the second time in program history someone returned a punt or kickoff of that length... Averaged 91.3 all-purpose yards per game... Picked up 89 yards on nine carries with a career-long 48-yard run at Sacramento State (11/18)... Also recorded one reception for 27 yards and three kick returns for 73 yards that game... Posted a season-high 207 all-purpose yards against Southern Utah (11/11), which included a receiving touchdown early in the fourth quarter and his second-best kick return of the season, which covered 57 yards.
CITY COLLEGE OF SAN FRANCISCO (2015-16): Ran for 1,077 yards with another 157 receiving yards and two touchdowns as a sophomore... Earned All-California Region I first team and Bay 6 League Offensive Player of the Year accolades... Played for head coach Jimmy Collins... Recorded triple-digit rushing yardage four times in 2016, which included a 210-yard performance vs. Chabot... Enjoyed breakout performance as MVP of 2015 state championships... Rushed for 251 yards and two TDs on 37 carries in 26-14 win over Saddleback College, just weeks after taking over as full-time starter.
CASTRO VALLEY HS '15: Earned first-team All-West Alameda County Conference at running back and defensive back positions... Finished with 1,850 all-purpose yards and 10 touchdowns as a senior... Played for head coach Nic McMaster.
