2024: ALL-MPSF FIRST TEAM all-arounder … ALL-MPSF SECOND TEAM on bars … Tied for second at MPSF Championships for all-around…Competed in all 12 meets as an all-arounder … Recorded a score of 9.80 or above on 19 occasions … MPSF GYMNAST OF THE WEEK after back-to-back meets at Alaska Anchorage… Won 3 event titles across beam and vault.

2023: ALL-MPSF FIRST TEAM on vault … ALL-MPSF SECOND TEAM on bars … Competed in all 11 meets … Recorded a score of 9.80 or above on 18 occasions … MPSF SPECIALIST OF THE WEEK after the opening weekend of the season at Sacramento State (1/8) … Shared the event win on bars and was the runner-up on vault against San Jose State (2/5) … Tied for the event win on beam with a 9.875 against San Jose State (2/24) … Posted a career-best 9.90 on beam at the Cal Quad meet (3/12).

2022: ALL-MPSF SECOND TEAM on vault and beam … Competed in 11 meets, making appearances in all four events, including three all-arounds … Posted scores of 9.80 or higher 18 times and boasted two 39s in the all-around … Earned MPSF FRESHMAN OF THE WEEK honors (2/22) when she became the second Aggie ever to eclipse the 39-point mark (39.300) in the all-around … Was also the runner-up in her first career attempt on bars with a 9.850 in that same meet … Named MPSF SPECIALIST OF THE WEEK (1/25) after posting the then MPSF season-best and her career-high with a 9.90 on beam … GARNERED MPSF FRESHMAN OF THE WEEK for the first time in her career (1/11) after boasting 9.80 or above scores in all three events she participated in … Posted 9.850 or higher in all four events, including that 9.90 on beam.

2021: UC Davis opted out of the 2021 season due to the COVID-19 pandemic... The NCAA Division I Council adopted legislation to extend the eligibility of student-athletes that compete in winter sports; gymnastics student-athletes will received an additional season of eligibility and an extra year to complete it.

HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB: Home-schooled through Bridgeway Academy... Began Level 10 gymnastics in 2016 for Performance Athletics, reaching Region 1 championships... Spent 2017 season training with Japanese National Team, competing in Thailand, Slovakia and Japan... Returned to U.S. action at Airborne Gymnastics TC, finishing 2nd on beam, 8th overall at regionals... Earned first trip to J.O. Nationals that year... State runner-up on bars and beam, then won Region 1 beam title in 2019.

PERSONAL: Born in Paso Robles, Calif.... Majoring in environmental policy analysis & planning... Parents are Masato & Amy Otsu... Has one older brother, Seiji... Lists ageless wonder Oksana Chusovitina as her sports hero.
