Only start of the year came at Northern Arizona, posting four assisted tackles... Had four solo tackles and one pass deflection against Idaho State... Tallied four tackles (two solo, two assists) and two kickoff returns for 40 all-purpose yards against Portland State.
2011: Appeared in 10 games and started three at safety as a true freshman... Finished with 22 total tackles (18 solos, 4 assists)... Had one pass breakup and one forced fumble... Also saw time on special teams as a kick returner, totaling 100 yards on five returns... Had a breakout game vs. UTSA in one of his three starts, recording a season-best eight tackles, including seven solo stops... All five of his kick returns came at Hawai'i, tallying 100 yards for the game.
NAPA HS '10: Named to All-Napa County first team as a junior and senior... Also earned All-Monticello Empire League first-team distinction as a junior running back... Rushed for 988 yards and 15 touchdowns on 171 carries, helping team to 10-2 record in 2008.
