2023: BIG WEST CONFERENCE ALL-ACADEMIC…MPSF ALL-ACADEMIC SCHOLAR ATHLETE…Participated in 12 meets…Had two first place finishes on two occasions with both coming in the hammer throw (51.81m/170’0” at the Causeway Classic and 50.60m/166’0” at the Aggie Open)…Had 13 top ten finishes…Set personal bests in the discus throw (40.50m/132’10” – Stanford Invitational) and hammer throw (52.82m/173’3” – Bryan Clay Invitational)…
 
2022: On roster, did not appear in a meet

2021: Finished 18th in hammer (43.61m/143-1), 21st in discus (36.02m/118-2) at Big West Conference Championships... Hit hammer best of 49.37m/162-0 two weeks eariler at home in the Causeway Track Classic (4/30)... Enjoyed best DT to start the year, posting 37.34m/122-6 at Sac State Tri-Team Challenge (2/27).

2020: Competed indoors only, placing 29th at MPSF Championships in the weight throw (12.83m/42-01.25).

AMERICAN RIVER COLLEGE: Placed 4th in hammer (45.30m/148-7) at NorCal Championships then 5th at CCCAA state meet (46.08m/151-2) as a sophomore... Won Golden Valley Conference titles in both discus and hammer that year... Finished 4th at NorCal, 8th at state championships in hammer as a freshman... Posted JC best of 48.60m (159-5) at ARC Invite in 2019.

ROCKLIN HS ’17: Two-year Sac-Joaquin Section finalists in the shot, placing 8th (36-7.25) as a senior... Went on to finish 7th at CIF-SJS Masters meet... Hit prep PR of 39-0 to win Sierra Foothill League title that year... Four-year Honor Roll member and Hall of Fame inductee.
