DAVIS, Calif. — Following the spring season opener, Anna Donovan and Lauren Kolbe have each been named the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Riders of the Week for their standout performances against SMU, TCU, and Fresno State over the weekend. 

Kolbe took home the honors for Fences, while Donovan was recognized for her performance in Flat. This marks the third time this season Kolbe has earned the weekly conference recognition, and the second time for Donovan.

Donovan anchored the Aggies in Flat, delivering outstanding rides that featured two MOP honors over the three-meet road trip. Her weekend was highlighted by a meet-high 86 aboard Stryker against TCU, where she defeated her opponent by an impressive 16 points. She carried that momentum into the matchup with Fresno State, posting an 82 on Santo to win her matchup by 10 points and secure her second consecutive MOP.

Kolbe was equally relentless in Fences, finishing the road trip with a perfect 3-0 record. She sparked the Aggie scoring by providing the lone point for UC Davis in the event against both SMU and TCU, recording scores of 84 and 74, respectively. Kolbe capped her undefeated weekend at Fresno State, where she earned MOP honors after posting a weekend-high 85 aboard Jewel to secure her third straight point.

UP NEXT: The Aggies return home this Friday, Feb. 6, to host Minnesota Crookston at 10 a.m.
