LA JOLLA, Calif. – After advancing to the Round of 16 on Friday, the UC Davis men's tennis duo of Perry DiGiulio and Kaveh Taheri wrapped up competition Saturday at the Pacific Coast Doubles Championship.

• The Aggie pair posted three wins on Friday to advance to Saturday's Round of 16, where they faced San Diego State's Brock Anderson and Georg Mandma

HOW IT HAPPENED

• The two Aggies battled throughout the match but ultimately fell in straight sets, wrapping up their time in La Jolla
• DiGiulio and Taheri end their time having completed the deepest run among their Aggie counterparts

• Brock Anderson/Georg Mandma (SDSU) def. Perry DiGiulio/Kaveh Taheri (UCD) 6-2, 6-7 (4), 6-3
• The Aggies closed the weekend Sunday with freshmen Nadaul Cheam and Dylan Paterson winning the consolation draw final of the Pacific Coast Doubles Championships, 3–6, 7–5, 10–5.
