DAVIS, Calif.— UC Davis Swim and Dive Team was named a CSCAA Scholar All-America Team, the association announced Wednesday. 

Founded in 1922, the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) is the nation's first organization of college coaches. 

The selection is made up of 763 teams from 432 institutions for the Spring 2025 semester. These teams, comprising 18,459 student-athletes, were recognized for their outstanding academic achievements. 

To earn this prestigious honor, teams were required to achieve a grade point average (GPA) of 3.00 or higher during the Spring 2025 semester. 

The UC Davis Swim and Dive Team earned a 3.44 grade point average, demonstrating the team's outstanding commitment to academic and athletic success.
