- Fenn's single through the left side scored Zach Daudet in the fifth making it 5-0
- The Mustangs added three in the sixth on Castellon's sacrifice bunt, Cam Hoiland's RBI single and another run-scoring hit from Fenn to take the 8-0 advantage
- Daudet's two-run double and Dante Vachini's RBI single in the seventh extended the lead to 11-0
- Volmerding lost his no-hit bid when Blandino singled to lead off the ninth
HOW IT HAPPENED (GAME TWO)
- Collins' two-run homer in the first gave Cal Poly an early lead
- Xander McLaurin's solo shot and Alejandro Garza's RBI double made it 4-0 in the second
- Hirschkorn's RBI single scored Korey Williams in the fifth to make it 4-1
- Collins' ninth-inning solo homer provided the 5-1 final
