Teeing Off: Two even rounds from UC Davis women's golf, powered along by under par rounds from Lauren Calderon and Skyler May, placed the Aggies in third place ahead of Colorado and Cal Poly heading into the final day at the Causeway Invitational.
 
IN THE CLUBHOUSE:

• Calderon opened the day with -2 under first round, scoring birdies on the par three five, par four seventh and par fives 13 and 15.
• The Aggie leader, who sits fourth overall at -4 for the tournament, then shot another -2 under par nailing birdies on seventh and 13 along with the par three 14th and the par five 16th
• May shot a par of -1 rounds to sit -2 for the tournament, placing her sixth overall
• The Aggie senior shot three birdies in the first round on five, 15 and 16 and added five in the second round, getting birdies on one (par five), six, 11 (par four), 12 (par three), and 13
• At two over par, Abby Leighton sits just outside the top 20 at 21, and she has seven birdies under her belt across the two rounds
