Avery Sussex, UC Davis women's basketball took its first loss of the 2025-26 season, 77-91, against the Boise State Broncos on Friday, Nov. 14.

- Sussex got going early, scoring eight of the Aggies' first 14 points with two triples, to go up 14-9 early.
- Following a 9-0 Boise State run, Sussex cashed on her third three of the night to make it 17-18 Davis.
- In the second quarter, the road team got scoring from a number of different players, including a three from Sophie Lentfer and a layup from Tegan Young.
- Despite late treys from Sussex and Ersdala, the Broncos used a 23-point quarter to enter the half up 41-34.
- Bennett joined in on the scoring with a pair of triples to open the third quarter, cutting the lead to four.
- The Aggies went to the line five different times in the quarter, but the Bronco offense continued to produce, holding a 70-56 lead with 10 minutes left to play.
- UC Davis matched the home team with 21 points in the fourth quarter, with Bennett cashing in on the first two jumpers of the period.
- A late three from Sussex put her over 20 points for the first time in her career, but the Aggies would suffer their first loss of the season, 77-91.
