- Tristan continued to prove why she was worthy of her Preseason All-Big West Coaches' Team selection, scoring a brace in the first half to raise her season goal total to four
- Fontes joined Tristan in the scoring column today, giving her a second straight game with a goal off the bench
- Sarah Canavan recorded one assist as well, while also threatening with two shots
- Jayde Holley, like Tristan, is reminding people of her status as a former All-Big West First Team selection, adding her third assist on the season by setting up Fontes in the first half to help seal UC Davis' third goal of the half
- UC Davis recorded their second shutout of the season as goalkeeper Caeley Goldstein made two saves throughout the 90 minutes
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Tristan opened the scoring in the 11th minute, capitalizing on a perfectly weighted pass from Canavan to slot the ball home
- She doubled her tally just moments later, pouncing on a defensive error by Pacific to extend UC Davis' lead to 2-0 in the 12th minute
- The Aggies further asserted their dominance in the 26th minute when Fontes found the back of the net, courtesy of a precise delivery from Holley
- Despite Pacific's efforts to mount a comeback in the second half, recording six shots, the UC Davis defense remained stout, preserving a clean sheet and securing a 3-0 victory to cap off an impressive week of play
