Box Score HONOLULU, Hawai'i — The Men's Tennis team came out victorious this afternoon in their first conference match of the season. The Aggies beat out the Rainbow Warriors 4-0 in their match in Honolulu.
 
The Aggies set off the afternoon with a bang, clinching the doubles point with wins on court one from duo Ryan Torres and Ivan Savkin as well as on court two from Eduardo Gonzalez and Sam DeVries.
 
The Aggies had a strong lineup going into the singles matches and led them to their victory over Hawaii. Ryan Torres kept up the momentum from his double match and secure a win on court two against Hawaii's Andy Hernandez 6-2, 6-2 winning in straight sets. We saw another win on court 5 from freshman Max Fardanesh who also won in straight sets over Sohta Urano. Finally, Lucas Bollinger rounded out the winning score for Davis on court 6 beating out Blue Cockle of Hawaii 6-2, 6-0 only losing two games total in his singles play.
 
The Aggies will be back in Davis next weekend to co-host the Golden State invite alongside Sacramento State. They will be competing against Saint Mary's for the second time this season.
