Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 DAVIS, Calif. — Aggies took one win and one loss this weekend in their double header at home. The Ags beat out Jessup University in a blowout 7-0 and took a loss to Santa Clara in a close call 3-4.
 
The day began versus Santa Clara, Aggies and Broncos were tied up one to one in doubles play and it call came down to the last match to secure the point. Bret Brinkman and Antreas Djakouris clinched the point for the Ags in a tie break 7-6.
 
The Ags took home two points in singles play. Sam De Vries managed the first point sin singles for the Aggies versus Arjun Honappa in straight sets, 6-0, 6-2. A. Djakouris defeated his opponent Sebastian Buxman in straight sets 6-2, 6-4 clinching the final point of the day for the Aggies.
 
Into the afternoon versus Jessup it was a full sweep from the Ags, nabbing every point up for grabs.
 
Eduardo Gonzalez and Lucas Bollinger won the first singles match followed by Ryan Torres and Ivan Savkin to clinch the point for UC Davis and left court two doubles unfinished. Every Aggie competing in singles play won in straight sets to secure the next 6 points and a win for the day.
 
The Aggies are on the road next headed to San Francisco where the will compete against the University of San Francisco on Feb. 17 at 1:00 PM.
