Lan Larison Earns Big Sky Offensive Player Of The Week Honors For Second Time This Season

FARMINGTON, Utah. – Already the Stats Preform FCS National Offensive Player of the Week, UC Davis football senior running back Lan Larison has added another trophy to his case, being named the Big Sky Offensive Player of the Week after his 273 all-purpose yard performance at Sacramento State.

It's Larison's second Big Sky weekly honor, having been named the Big Sky Offensive Player of the Week on Oct. 21 after his game at Eastern Washington. He joins redshirt-junior linebacker David Meyer with having earned multiple Big Sky weekly honors this season.

The Aggie back ran for 148 yards on 23 touches and scored three rushing touchdowns. Including putting a dagger into the side of Sacramento State with a game-long 59-yard touchdown scamper in the fourth quarter. Larison also finished with 69 yards receiving on four catches, returned four kicks for 56 yards and recovered an onside kick to seal the game for the Aggies.

Currently Larison leads all running backs in the nation in both receiving yards (755) and receiving touchdowns (six) and he leads the nation in total all-purpose yards (2,132) and all-purpose yards per game (177.7). And he set school records this season in single season all-purpose yards and career all-purpose yards.
