MARTIN, Tenn. – The Aggies fell No. 10 UT Martin in the Skyhawks' home arena today.
HOW IT HAPPENED: The total score of the meet was UT Martin 16 and UC Davis 4, the jumping seat performances carrying the Aggie efforts.
Sophomore
Lauren Kolbe and Junior
Natalie Wasson led the Ags in Fences, earning two points for the team. Wasson beat out her opponent by five with a personal score of 80, while Kolbe had a closer face off, coming out triumphant with her score of 84 with a two-point deficit.
Graduate student Maggie Franke earned the lone point for the Aggies in Flat, with her score of 83 to pull away with a win. Kolbe had the second highest score in the competition with her score of 88.
Graduate student
Maddie Gregory had the third highest score in Horsemanship with her 74.5 finish but was just shy of earning the point for the team.
In reining, senior
Emma Dillon also led the team and earned the point to close out the Western arena. She scored a 68.50, outshowing her opponent by one point in the meet.
The Ags will have a small break before competition resumes against Oklahoma State.
