BAKERSFIELD, Calif. – Swimming and Diving placed 4th overall in the CSUB Sprint Classic with a total score of 327.50, outscoring CSU Bakersfield and Pepperdine.

The Ags competed in 14 events across both the swimming and diving disciplines, placing within the top five in nine of the events at their first day in Bakersfield.

Freshman
Katherine Lim had an incredible debut, securing first place with a 267.65 in the 3-meter dive. Junior
Priscilla Nguyen earned second with a 240.20, fortifying the Aggie win.

Senior
Katie McLain played a big role in the points game today, helping bring the Aggies to fourth place in the 800 yard freestyle relay and the 200 yard medley relay. She also had a hand in the second place win in the 200 freestyle relay, along with fellow senior
Christy Douglas and sophomores Sophi Mackay and
Naomi Boegholm.
