LA JOLLA, Calif. – The UC Davis men's tennis team won its second straight match by downing Boston College, 4-3, in San Diego on Sunday.
After dropping the doubles matchups to go down 1-0, the Aggies rallied back behind singles wins by Constantinos Djakouris, Brett Brinkman, Lucas Bollinger, and Andras Necz.
Djakouris, Brinkman, and Necz gave the Aggies a 3-1 lead after handling their Eagle opponents in straight sets.
Boston College tacked on one more point before Bollinger put things to rest with a dominating second half of the match after losing the first set 1-6.
The Aggies are back in action tomorrow at noon against UC San Diego.
