PHOENIX, Ariz.— The UC Davis Aggies competed in the final tournament of their fall run this past weekend in Phoenix, Ariz. at the GCU Hidden Duals. The tournament took place from November 3rd through the 5th at Grand Canyon University Tennis Facility. The Aggies joined the hosts, as well as Nevada and Northern Arizona. 

Friday, Aggie doubles pairs went 1-2 against NAU. The lone winners, Ryan Torres & Ivan Savkin, beat out the Lumberjacks' Piotr Galus & Maikel De Boes 6-3. 

Five of the six Aggies singles players took home a win against GCU. Sam De Vries sought to make it a winning match for the Ags. After losing his first set 2-6, he made a comeback taking the last two sets both 6-2.

Saturday was another success, with the Ags taking two of the three sets in doubles play against Nevada and five of the seven in singles matches versus Northern Arizona. Constantinos Djakouris, Antreas Djakouris, Max Fardanesh, Lucas Bollinger, Ivan Savkin, and Eduardo Gonzalez all took down their NAU opponents. 

UC Davis continued to pick up wins in Sunday's matches. Max Fardanesh & Lucas Bollinger defeated NAU's Lance Urlaub & Maikel De Boes in the Aggies' sole doubles match. UC Davis won four of the six singles matches that day to take down Nevada on the final day of competition.
