FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. — The UC Davis diving team finished up their fall season with a weekend competition in Arizona at the NAU Lumberjack Diving Invitational. 

The meet was split into three days, with a different event each day. 

Leila Busch led the Aggie 1-meter diving efforts on day one. Finishing tenth in the morning preliminary dives, Busch, along with four other Aggies entered into the consolation final. Busch placed first with a score of 262.75. 

Other Aggie consolation finishers were Priscilla Nguyen (237.35), Melina Dimick (222.80) and Taylor Schwarz (203.90).

Busch had another strong performance on Saturday in 3-meter competition, placing sixth in the championship final. Taylor Schwarz finished sixth in the consolation final.

Six Aggie divers finished in the top 20 in Sunday's platform diving competition. Mackenzie Young cracked the top ten with a score of 208.95 for ninth place. Busch wasn't far behind at 11 with a score of 199.75. 

Allie Robinson (166.30), Priscilla Ngyuen (164.60), Melina Dimick (154.80) and Taylor Schwarz (153.90) finished consecutively to round out the top 20. 

UC Davis is back in action on Jan. 12 when the Aggies visit Cal Poly for a conference dual meet.
