DAVIS, Calif. — The UC Davis softball team tunes up for the 2023 regular season with an eight-game fall schedule, head coach Erin Thorpe announced on Friday.
 
"Fall is always an exciting time where we really get to learn about each other and we get to see the makings of our spring team begin to form," Thorpe said. "The energy is unreal."
 
The October slate showcases six Division I opponents with all but two of the eight games played at La Rue Field on the UC Davis campus.
 
This fall's schedule opens on Oct. 8th with a pair of games, featuring Sonoma State at 10:30 am PT, followed by University of Nevada at 3:30 pm PT.
 
The next day, UC Davis hosts another contest against UNR at 10 am PT before welcoming in Santa Clara at 3 pm PT.
 
For the Aggies' two road games of the fall season, the team will travel to Berkeley to face California on Oct. 23 at 12 pm PT and then face St. Mary's at 3 pm PT on the same day.
 
UC Davis wraps up the fall slate with a pair of games on Oct. 29. First, the Aggies face University of the Pacific at 10:30 am PT, followed by Sonoma State at 3:30 pm PT for the final game.
 
In addition to the fall schedule, the Aggies will be hosting an Alumni Game on Oct. 15 at 10:30 am PT. Blue and Gold intrasquad action can be found on the schedule below that are open to the public as well. All times listed in Pacific Standard Time.
