Davis, Calif. - UC Davis fell 4-9 to Long Beach State on Friday night to open its final road trip of the season. 

Kelly Hungerford scored two goals to lead the Aggies and Allyson Clague and Grace Pelkey deposited one apiece. 

A low-scoring affair early, UC Davis fell behind 0-3 before Hungerford's first score with 5:37 left in the second quarter. Hungerford's second goal came with 7:16 to go in the fourth and pulled the Aggies within 4-7 but would get no closer the rest of the way. 

The Aggies (15-10) now sit at 2-2 in the Big West with just two games to go in the regular season, a road date with UC Irvine on Sunday and at home against UC Santa Barbara on April. 16
