Hailey Williams had a hat trick with three goals to lead UC Davis and the Aggies returned to Schaal Aquatic Center for the first time since January with an 8-3 win over Pacific.
Williams' three goals were a season-high and just one off her career-high of four from 2019. Noelle Wijnebelt added two goals, including one on a five-meter and
Emily Aikema,
Allyson Clague, and
Alyssa Lengtat each scored once.
Kelly Hungerford had two assists for the fourth time this season and
Julia Hartmann had her fourth multi-assist game of the season with two.
Nellie McAdams made eight saves in her fifth start of the season to pick up her second win.
UC Davis led wire-to-wire, jumping out to a 2-0 first period lead on goals by Wijnebelt and Williams. They added three more in the second and three in the third as Pacific picked up a score in the third period and two in the fourth.
The Aggies had not played at home since hosting the Aggie Invite on Jan. 22 and will get another game at Schaal on Mar. 11 to host Hawai'i in a Big West Conference matchup.
