Irvine, Calif. - UC Davis opened the Big West Conference portion of it schedule on Saturday, falling in both games of a double header at UC Irvine 7-10 and 0-8.
The seven runs in the first half of Saturday's double header were a season-high for the Aggies (0-7).
After falling behind 0-5 through five innings, the Aggies stormed back to tie it at 5-5 over the sixth and seventh innings.
Nick Leehey drove in Omar Plascenia and
Jonah Henrickson scored Leehey and

Kyler Arenado single that scored
Luke Piazza and
Raul Sandoval to knot it up.
The Anteaters answered with a homer in the bottom half of the inning though and tacked on four more in the eighth.
Iverson hit a two-out double in the top of the ninth that brought in Arenado and Piazza that kept the Aggies' rally going at 7-10 but the Anteaters retired
