AGGIES RETURN HOME FOR FIRST TIME IN TWO WEEKS
With the season officially past its halfway point and entering its final stretches, the Aggies enter another week with more chances to pick up points in the Big West standings. With a win over both opponents, UC Davis would leap frog at least two spots in the standings with UC Irvine and CSUN entering at 1-1.

AGGIES OPEN BIG WEST SLATE WITH DRAW, LOSS IN HOME-ROAD SPLIT
UC Davis began Big West play last week with a home-road split schedule against Cal Poly and UC Riverside.

Cason Goodman's second half goal against Cal Poly got the Aggies a 1-1 draw against the Mustangs at home but they went on to fall to UC Riverside on Saturday on the road 1-0. It was the second 1-0 defeat of the season UC Davis suffered.

UC IRVINE HISTORY
UC Davis will be looking for its first win against the Anteaters since 2017...2017 was also the last season the Aggies won in Davis...Last season the teams tied 1-1 after two overtime periods...That 2017 win is also the last win in the last five matchups for the Aggies, though they are 4-4-2 over the last 10 meetings.

CSUN HISTORY
UC Davis has not lost to CSUN since 2018 and has not lost to CSUN at home since 2012...The Aggies have lost to CSUN just twice since 2015.

ONE GOAL GAMES
All but two of UC Davis' 10 games have been decided by one goal with two of those being 0-0 draws.

The Aggies have scored only one of their seven goals in the first half.

GOODMANS LEAD THE FRESHMAN CHARGE
Twin brothers, two of the Goodman family quadruplets to be exact, Luke and Cason Goodman have been at the forefront of the youth movement the Aggies have experienced in 2022.

Luke Goodman continues to lead the Aggies in minutes played through 10 games at 761...The last time a freshman led UC Davis in minutes in a season was Brian Ford in 2011...Ford started all 19 games and played 1,814 minutes that season...Goodman is also the only true freshman on the team to start in eight games.

The other half of the Goodman duo, Cason, was named the Big West Freshman of the Week on Monday after scoring his first career goal againts Pacific on Sept. 20. After his goal against Cal Poly, Cason now leads the Aggies in goals and points.

Goodman is the second Aggie to win Freshman of the Week after Marcus Garcia won in the opening week of the season.

NEW LINEUPS
23 of UC Davis' 25 players to appear in a game this season have started at least one game with senior Andy Velasquez the only player to start all 10 games. Nine players have started at least seven games.

For his part, Velasquez has now started 49 of UC Davis' last 50 games.
