DAVIS, Calif. -- UC Davis had four players score in double figures on Thursday night but fell 58-74 to Cal State Fullerton at home.
The Aggies (8-6, 1-2) were playing just their third Big West Conference game of the season.
Elijah Pepper led UC Davis with 15 points, four rebounds and three assists. Caleb Fuller had 13 points and six rebounds, Ezra Manjon had 11 points and six rebounds, and Kane Milling had 11 points, three rebounds and one assist.
Christian Anigwe led UC Davis with 11 rebounds, including eight offensive. Anigwe has 24 offensive rebounds over his last three games.
The Aggies committed 16 turnovers, including 10 in the second half, that turned into 16 Titans points.
UC Davis jumped out to a 21-10 lead near the midway point of the first half on the legs of a 10-2 run and maintained a lead throughout the rest of the opening period but the Titans closed the final 7:28 of the half on a 13-2 run to tie the game at 30.
Though the Aggies got within 56-54 with six minutes to play on a turnaround jumper by Milling, Cal State Fullerton closed the game on an 18-4 run over the final 5:13 of regulation.
The Aggies will play consecutive games at home for the first time since December when Long Beach State visits University Credit Union Center on Saturday for a 1 p.m. matinee. That game will be simulcast on Spectrum Sports as well as ESPN+.
