DAVIS, Calif. -- In accordance with the policies and guidelines set forth by the State of California and the California Department of Public Health regarding events featuring 10,000 or more attendees, UC Davis will require proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test within 72 hours of the event at all Aggie home football games during the fall of 2021. The policy will go into effect starting with the October 2 contest against Idaho, allowing the athletic department to expand its ticket offerings to both students and the general public for the remainder of the season.
Upon entrance at UC Davis Health Stadium, all guests, staff and media members age 12 and older must show either a completed CDC vaccination card, a State of California digital COVID-19 record (such as a SMART Health Card), or results from a negative test administered within 72 hours prior to kickoff. UC Davis students, faculty or staff may also show their daily Symptom Survey with "Approved" status to gain entry into the facility.
Face coverings will still be required for all indoor spaces, including restrooms, and will be encouraged for all patrons when social distancing is not possible. For more game-day information, please consult the following page: https://ucdavisaggies.com/feature/footballgameday.
The remaining Aggie home football games are October 2 (Idaho), October 16 (Northern Colorado), November 13 (Eastern Washington) and November 20 (Sacramento State).
