STOCKTON, Calif. -- Sophomore Olivia Greenberg led 1-2-3 team sweeps in both backstroke events while senior Kathryn Bockman and sophomore Sophia Sebastian each were double winners as UC Davis captured a 160-94 victory over Pacific in a collegiate women's swimming and diving dual meet at Chris Kjeldsen Pool Saturday.

Bockman claimed victories in each distance freestyle event, touching in 10 minutes, 35.73 seconds in the 1,000-yard race early in the schedule, then adding a 5:08.54 time in the 500. Sebastian won the 200 butterfly at 2:05.23, then had the fastest time 4:33.60 in the non-scoring, all-Aggie 400 individual medley. 

Bockman's 500 win was part of a UC Davis trifecta, with Elle Motekaitis (5:16.25) and Amanda Wilson (5:17.61) respectively finishing second and third in the event. The Aggies claimed the top four spots in the 100 back with Greenberg (57.15), Julie Kwan (58.24), Kailee Ruiz (59.81) and Caroline Eckel (1:00.00) leading the way. Five races later, UC Davis swept the top three places in the 200 back with Greenberg (2:05.41), Kwan (2:08.16) and Eckel (2:08.30).

Other UC Davis event winners were Dani Fasan (100 breaststroke), Mia Motekaitis (50 free) and Jay Jay Eaton (100 fly). Ruiz had the fastest time in the 200 IM but the Aggies elected to forgo their scoring by that point in the meet. Similarly, the 400 free relay squad of Mia Motekaitis, Ashley Ma, Eckel and Fasan was the first to the final pad at 3:32.10 – more than four seconds faster than Pacific's 'A' foursome.

The Aggies have a quick turnaround before heading to Cal Poly for the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Championships, held outdoors at Cal Poly from Tuesday through Saturday.
