STOCKTON, Calif. – Entering Thursday's non-conference game in Stockton, UC Davis held an undefeated record against Pacific. However, due to goals scored in the 38th and 71st minutes, the Tigers earned their first-ever victory against the Aggies by a 2-0 score.

Men's soccer will now head to San José State, for Saturday's 6 p.m. matchup, with a 3-3-1 record; Pacific is now 3-3 with each win earned on its home turf.

Both teams wasted no time attacking their opponent's net, whenever an opportunity presented itself, since a combined 27 attempts were recorded throughout the evening. Of the Aggies' 12 shots, Adam Mickelson recorded a game-high four.

Mickelson, Robert Mejia, Connor Tipton and Kaleb Schirmacher each recorded a shot on goal.

Thursday's road contest also marked the debut for sophomore goalkeeper Derrek Chan, who entered the match at the 75th minute.
