UC Davis concludes day two at Zones on 1-meter

FLAGSTAFF, Ariz.— Sophomore Katie Truong and freshman Londen Christensen closed out the second day of competition at the 2019 NCAA Zone "E" Diving Championships, finishing in 42nd and 56th, respectively, in the 1-meter program on Tuesday afternoon at the Wall Aquatic Center on the campus of Northern Arizona.

Truong placed 42nd with a score of 220.45 while Christensen placed 56th on the day with a score of 189.95 in the preliminary round of the one-meter program.

UCLA's Maria Polyakova, who placed first in the prelims with a score of 320.80, went on to claim the title in the finals with a score of 322.70, totaling 643.50 points on the day. Polyakova also claimed the 3-meter title on Monday, pacing the field with 696.75 points.
