DAVIS, Calif. - UC Davis won all three doubles and every singles match throughout Sunday's non-conference match at the Marya Welch Tennis Center to defeat Stanislaus State (formerly know as Cal State Stanislaus) 7-0, secure its third victory in a row and fifth in the last six played.

Women's tennis will enter Friday's 2 p.m. home match, vs. Nevada, with a 5-5 record while Stanislaus State ends its regular season at 8-9.

Lani-Rae Green and Kamila Kecki kicked-off a string of UC Davis victories by recording a 6-1 result against J'Ana Diamond and Ebone Qualls. Alex Huie and Samantha Martino helped the Aggies win the key doubles point by finishing their match shortly thereafter.

Huie and Martino posted a 6-2 victory over Analyssa Tallas and Lamella Belgica.

Sunday's contest marked the 16th-straight match where the overall winner of the dual collected the doubles point.

Once UC Davis officially took a 1-0 lead, the lone doubles contest still in progress entered a tiebreak with the score knotted at 4-4.

In that decisive game, Kristy Jorgensen and Jessie Lee pulled away to win the tiebreaker, 8-6, against the Warriors' top doubles team of Jaella Conway and Cassidy Ferrell - the closest Stanislaus State came to winning a team point all afternoon long.

Martino became the first Aggie to record an individual sweep when she topped Sara Cardenas, 6-1 and 6-0 in the first singles matchup to finish. What started with Martino's final score became the norm throughout the singles round since all six matches were won in straight sets.

Kecki and Lee breezed through their respective singles contests; the former recorded a 6-2, 6-1, result vs. Qualls, the latter defeated Belgica 6-0, 6-2.

Additional individual sweeps became official when Green won her matchup against Diamond by 6-3 set scores, and Jorgensen downed Ferrell, 6-3, 6-4.

Isabella von Ebbe capped a perfect day for UC Davis when she defeated Tallas, 6-3, 6-3, giving her team its fourth shutout victory of the season and third in the Aggies' last six matches.
