DAVIS, Calif. - UC Davis won all three doubles matches versus Holy Names, swept all six singles contests in straight set fashion and saw four players record individual sweeps during Saturday's non-conference match at the Marya Welch Tennis Center - one that ended in the Aggies' favor by a 7-0 score.

By collecting its third clean sheet of the season, women's tennis is now 7-9 overall while Holy Names drops to 7-10 with the result.

Tiffany Pham and Alex Huie only competed in the doubles round, and wasted no time in walking off their court with a win after recording a 6-0 result over the Hawks' Chelsea Smithback and Rutendo Gwaze.

Shortly thereafter, Kristy Jorgensen and Jessie Lee, two Aggies that won both matches played throughout the afternoon, walked off the court with a 6-1 triumph over Mariel Bautista and Taylor Barajas.

UC Davis' doubles sweep became official when Kamila Kecki and Lani-Rae Green earned a service break and used that cushion to post a 6-4 doubles win against Stella Dominik and Julia Golub.

Green capped a perfect day by recording the Aggies' first singles result, a 6-1, 6-1 score over Smithback that doubled her team's overall lead. Kecki, the fourth player to win both matches played on Saturday, pushed the Aggies' team lead to a 3-0 margin by posting a 6-0, 6-0 shutout result of her own against Bautista.

By defeating Gwaze, 6-0, 6-1, Lee helped UC Davis earned its second win of the current eight-match homestand, and extended her individual win streak to four matches.

With her 6-0, 6-2 win against Dominik, Jorgensen became the fourth player to record an individual sweep against HNU, and extended her singles win streak to four as well.

Even though Isabella von Ebbe and Samantha Martino only competed in singles play, each recorded impressive results against Golub and Barajas respectively to end UC Davis' day with victories in every match played. The former recorded UC Davis' other straight-set shutout, the latter won her match, 6-3, 6-0.

UC Davis will continue its season-ending eight-match homestand on April 2 when Sonoma State visits the Marya Welch Tennis Center.
