DAVIS, Calif. - UC Davis won its fourth straight match at the Marya Welch Tennis Center, and collected its sixth home victory in the last seven played by sweeping the Sonoma State Seawolves, 7-0, in Friday's non-conference matchup. 

With the victory, UC Davis improves to 9-10; Sonoma State slips to 14-7 with the result. 

Kristy Jorgensen, Tiffany Pham, Frederique Sleiffer, Lani-Rae Green, and Kamila Kecki all earned wins in both matches played against the Seawolves.  

Not only did UC Davis win all three doubles matches, the Aggies also collected all six singles matches in straight-set fashion.  

Pham and Green were the first to finish their doubles match by defeating Karlee Budge and Hilary Fazekas, 8-1. Kecki and Sleiffer followed shortly thereafter with their 8-0, shutout victory against Kaitlyn Haithcock and Jordyn Kearney. Layla Sanders and Jorgensen were the last Aggies to secure a doubles win after defeating Leire Martinez and Jacqueline Ward, 8-5.

Once singles play commenced, UC Davis won all 12 sets played; only three were decided by a solitary service break.

Sleiffer's day ended quickly after she blanked Kearney, 6-0 and 6-0, with Kecki leaving the courts next after downing Fazekas, 6-3, 6-0. 

Jorgensen and Pham were the next two to record wins after topping Martinez and Haithcock by scores of 6-3, 6-1, and 6-4, 6-0 respectively.

Jessie Lee won the Aggies' penultimate singles match by virtue of her 6-4, 6-1 result over Ward; Green punctuated her team's sweep by defeating Budge, 6-3, 6-4.

Women's tennis will welcome No. 68 Hawai'i to the Marya Welch Tennis Center for Saturday's league dual - the final Big West contest of the season for the Aggies. First serve is set for 11 a.m.
