SANTA CLARA, Calif. - Kamila Kecki helped UC Davis collect both team points in Saturday's non-conference match at the Degheri Tennis Center in Santa Clara, Calif., but the host Broncos dominated singles play to defeat the Aggies, 5-2.

UC Davis will enter its final homestand, a seven-match stretch of action that will take place at the Marya Welch Tennis Center starting on March 26 when UC San Diego visits campus, with a 5-10 overall record. Saturday's victory improves Santa Clara's record to 3-6.

Kecki earned her first win of the day alongside Frederique Sleiffer as the two collected UC Davis' lone doubles victory. The pair doubled-up on Zeina El Tawil and Morgan Riley by posting a 6-3 win.

Kecki was also the first Aggie to win her respective singles match; she defeated Danielle Zinn in straight sets, 6-3, 6-4.

Kristy Jorgensen recorded UC Davis' other singles victory by topping Danielle Silva, 6-4, 7-5.

Including UC Davis' next match against UCSD, seven teams will visit campus before the Aggies head to Indian Wells, Calif., to compete in this year's Big West Women's Tennis Championships.

Other teams included in this season-long seven-game homestand are: Montana State (3/28), Montana (3/29), Sonoma State (4/3), Hawai'i (4/4) - UC Davis' final Big West match of the year, Cal State Stanislaus (4/11) and UC Santa Cruz (4/18).
