COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Hanna Tears and Lucy Lafranchise both participated in the 3-meter preliminaries during the inaugural day of competition at the Zone E Diving Regional in Colorado Springs, Colo, and finished No. 47 and No. 48 respectively.

Tears recorded a six-dive score of 205.15 and Lafranchise posted a 202.20.

Of the 18 competitors who posted the highest prelilminary results, Arizona's Samantha Pickens finished as the event's No. 1 diver with her finals score of 708.45.

Both Aggie divers will return to Cadet Pool Friday morning to compete on the low board, preliminaries will start at 11 a.m. Live results are available by clicking here.

The facility is a familiar one for both UC Davis divers as Cadet Natatorium also hosted last month's Mountain Pacific Sports Federation diving championships.
